  2. The term comes from the Greek "Anthropos+
  3. logos"-"Man+discourse" and is the scientific
  4. study of Humankind.  The name was coined in
  5. 1594 by Otto Casman but the study only began
  6. seriously after the development of Darwin's
  7. Theory of Evolution in 1859.
  8.
